I lived here for a couple years. When I first moved in the place was wonderful and management was great. Paid my rent on time every month. Maybe had 1 or 2 maintaince issues. Then again the apartments were fairly new when I moved in. During the time I lived there I had to call the cops on the neighbor above me for loud behavior and He was beating his wife. I filed a complaint with the apt complex and nothing was ever done about it. I understand kids will be kids but I dont understand why the leasing office could not send out something to parents not allowing there kids to throw balls in the parking lots. I had my car hit on several occassions by footballs. (not your soft foam ones actual hard footballs) I even had my car vandilized. Yes this place allows section 8. Thats why you have a lot of your trash ppl. I understand they got to live somewhere but management should check a lot better of allowing some ppl in here just to make a buck. I also had the problem of my file not being done correctly and them having to fudge paperwork from the first year i moved in and this was after signing renewal number 2. at the time this was all i could afford. Very glad I was able to finally afford something bigger and better. I dont think the money you pay for the service, trashy neighbors, and sometimes poor management is worth the headache. Just drive by during the evening and you can judge for yourself if this is a place for you. Plus call your local police dept to findout any complaints or police calls made for this apt complex. You will be surprised to find out several drug busts were made in this apt complex ...I witnessed a few myself thats when i knew it was time to get up out of this trash hole. And if anything happens to your car on there property there is nothing you can do but call cops...management will tell you that is not there responsibilty. hope this was of help for future tenants.

(for ppl who disagree this how MY stay was not yours...not saying everyones stay will be like this...this is a place to give your reviews. everyone has an opinion if you dont like it ole well get over it. i cant give a good review if there wasnt thats called LYING i bet your parents taught you that.)
