first off when you first meet the residential staff they seem ok but as your stay goes they get weirder and dumber! although i have to say sonia was the nicest and ALWAYS helpful, butthe girl who showed us the apt spoke to us ONCE and that was the day we came to look at it. every other time we saw her she acted like she didn't see anyone coming her way. number 2, the staff is very DUMB! if you have an issue and talk to one person you'll get an answer but if you talk to somebody else they completely contradict what the person before says. there was mold in our bathroom and we were told it would be fixed and their job of fixing is re-sealing the side of the tub. there was a huge leak coming from the apt above ours and leaked EVERYWHERE in our kitchen and dining room area. the smell was horrible! instead of them giving us a new carpet, they put a fan under the carpet for it to dry, so there was that lingering smell after we left. lastly, the rental office is supposed to close at 6 certain days, they knew we were coming to pay our rent, locked up early and we could see them starring through the windows. i can complain for days. PLEASE STAY AWAY!!
