I have been at Springwoods since August 2004. So far everything has been a positive experience from my original inquiry to my current living experience.

The team working at Springwoods is courtesy and friendly. My calls to the office are always answered with a friendly hello and I never feel as though I am "bothering" them. Any question I ask is answered as if it is an important one. The few issues that have come up so far have been handled quickly. I've only had one maintenance request and it was responded to and fixed within two hours. (Nov 2004 update...my interaction with the rental office still leaves me with the impression that they are very "customer service oriented".)

I live on the ground level of a two level building. I hear the expected apartment noise of my neighbor walking when their shoes are on or if they are moving something heavy. Otherwise it is fairly quiet. I don't hear conversations, television or radio noise.

When I moved in the apartment had been freshly painted, the carpet is in good condition and all the appliances work well. The layout of the apartment is wonderful. I'm in a one bedroom, one bath but I don't feel like I'm closed in. People who have visited have commented on the nice layout. The laundry room has plenty of shelf space which helps with storage. I also have a large storage area off the side of the porch.

My only complaint is that some people don't pick up after the pets. As a dog owner who does clean up after their dog it can be frustrating. (Nov 2004 update...the community implemented a "fine", for owners not cleaning up after their pets, two months ago which seems to have helped limit the problem.)

I've already recommended Springwoods to one of my friends and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it again. P0MtU6TIdDkM23RTonAS
