I read the review about the rent... not a problem for me. The first month I wrote out a check, but they will auto withdraw for you. It saves me a trip to the clubhouse and I don't have to worry about forgetting.

Everyone here is very nice. My neighbors are all very curtious. There are no riff raff hanging around outside. If there are people outside it's usually families cooking out.

All of my requests have been answered promptly. I had a complaint about my washing machine knocking... they tried once to balance it, but since that didn't work they replaced it with a brand new one. All I had to do was tell them there was a problem and they didn't stop until it was fixed.

Right now they are updating the exterior of the building and repaving. A minor inconvenience, but well worth it.

I've been very satisfied and happy with my choice of apartments having moved here sight unseen from Oklahoma. The only reason I would move out is to move closer to the city or to buy a place of my own.
