I moved to these apartments only after threatening Bayvue apartments with a very public legal battle. I have nothing but good things to say about the complex. I haven't had one problem in the 4 months I have lived there.

I had a problem with when I scheduled a rent payment, which was not showing up on my scheduled payments page, and the office staff was very helpful in helping to rectify the situation.

Neighbors are very friendly and quiet. The wandering people with illegal substances found at the Bayvue Apartments are not present here. It is very safe. I only plan to move from these apartments if I ever save enough for a home in Northern Virginia.
