I haven't had really anything to complain about just yet at Springwoods...

My cable getting set up was an ordeal - the person before me had directTV so when they came to install my comcast it took awhile to find the wire in the wall to connect everything.

The maintenance people have told me they were going to stop by about three times to fix my outlets (a lot of them don't work properly) but they never showed up, but it's not really a big deal.

The leasing office is great, very friendly and helpful.
Sometimes people drive by with their music blaring, but other than that there is no noise whatsoever.

The apartments are very clean (not a single bug yet - been here for over a month).

It's quiet, the neighborhood is well maintained, very close to schools. Really, it's wonderful here!

There's one person that parks like a retard every day, but there's usually ample parking.

The rent is a little on the pricey side, but it's such a wonderful neighborhood. I'd rather pay a bit more and know I'm safe than to be paranoid every day.

It's absolutely wonderful. This is my first time living on my own, and I'm more than happy about my choice to live here!
