I have lived in Windsor Park since November 2002. I am in a pet building, and its still very quiet. No traffic noise. Its in a woodsy setting and that's nice too. Not all concrete and apartment buildings. Maintenance has fixed things as soon as I've called. The office staff has always been friendly and helpful to me. Haven't had any problems with bugs either - that's a big bonus when it comes to apartment living.
