This is a lovely area to live but the management for the apartments really makes the experience unpleasant. It took us almost a month to get a dryer that worked when we moved in! We have had several other issues and have put in SEVERAL work orders but nothing has been fixed. The only time maintenance came where the TWO times our hot water went out. The first time we had no hot water, it took them two days to come fix it. When you call they often take your name and number and say they will call back but they never do. Once they even said they were too busy to answer our question!
The area and neighbors are great but we are moving earlier than expected because of our unhappiness with the way things are run.
