Nice area apartment or at least mine sucks!

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007
The area is beautiful not to much complaints. But my apartment is a living nightmare. Everything has broken at least 2 times. How many times do I have to call before my maintenance issuses are resolved' I wonder if certain people in the office believe they are above the commowealth of Virginia's laws and practices' The staff, except Dee have been at least courteous.
