Well I've lived here over a year now. I'll start from the begining and work to the present.

Very hard to get a apartment. It feel like your applying for a government job almost, you have a lot of paperwork and background checks... but that does help to make sure quality people live near you.

The place was very nice when I moved in. Staff was very helpful, the apartment was beautiful. Maintenance seems to fix things very quickly.

Electric bill for my one bedroom runs anywhere from 50 to 80 dollars. Water bill about 12 to 15 dollars a month. Pet deposit is $300 down non-refundable and $25 a month.

They are priced pretty good, I guess, discounts for county and government workers. If your getting a year lease at a time it's good if you need anything else it's not very accomadating. It's two months rent penalty for breaking a lease at ANY time. PLUS 6o days notice. So if you need to leave quickly you can really be screwed out of a lot of money ... better not have any emergencies! Late fees for rent are pretty high to with no grace period so i recommend you sign up for their automatic bank draft. ALSO give your 60 day notice DURING your lease. B/c if you think your lease is over at the end of it (which would seem obvious) it's not. So you'll have to pay extra for anydays after your lease ... even if you already leave. If you want to go month to month it's an extra 300 a month. ..

They seem pretty full though, it doesn't seem that their having a hard time getting people in here ... at least by looking at the parking. On the weekends I have to park a couple buildings over if I come back too late.


Like I said not bad at all ... just be TOTALLY aware of all the fees, b/c even in this economy and with all the hard times, there seems to be no mercy, lol.
