I moved in about 2 months ago. My building is very quiet...I wouldn't even know I have neighbors, even with 2 of them having big dogs and another with a teenage boy. Parking at my building is very easy. I've had some maintenance issues, and while it took a little long to fix, they were diligent and tried to get it done as quickly and conveniently as possible.
Once, when my hot water heater quit, they paid for me to stay at a hotel so I could get ready for work the next day.
The staff is amazingly helpful and friendly.
