when i first moved in i felt i had found a pretty decent place to live but i was mistaken. sure the building was old and had problems to be fixed but maintence came and usually fixed them right. parking was pretty good execpt when i had to work till 1 or 2 in the morning and found no spots close to my building and was forced to park further away. I have to say I did not feel safe in that area walking that far. The majority of this apt problems come from the nieghborhood itself. You see this apt complex is next to bayvue apt, known for being a bad place to live. I knew about this problem and ask the staff before i moved in. they had told me it wasnt much of a problem any more because bayvue had switched mangement and we had securtiy. what a lie! The security that the staff was talking about is a security car that drives around the complex but i never saw it nor heard of any good that it had done. i was rob on christmas day over ten thousand dollars worth of my stuff was stolen along with many personal irreplacable items. and how was my apt broken in to' through the sliding door the robbers simply pulled apart the two doors squezed their hands through and pushed the bar right off. the lock on the door was no good if you pull on it hard enough it will open. funny thing is a few weeks before i noticed the door frame was loose and called maintence to repair it. a maintence worker came over saw the problem simply screwed one screw in to fix it. if you have read the other comments about this place youve heard of stories about car being broken into a stripped apart, wheels being taken right off of cars, theft from the maintence, and other horrible things. i am advising you not to live here, not because of what happened to me but because this is not a safe place to live. The fear of forgeting to lock your car or apt and knowing what could and most likly happen is to great.
