I have lived at Potomac Vista for years and I am very satisfied. The other comments that poeple are making are rude,untrue and ignorant.Half of them can't spell and sound like whining children.Crime is a problem all over-from the rich to the poor. The staff cant control what dumb people do. If residents would report what they hear and see then maybe the staff would have a better understanding of the problems. It seems to be so much easier to point fingers and say what should be done,but has anyone thought about a Neighborhood Watch'' No, becuase they dont want to be invovled in "other peoples business" .Change starts when people come together and work together. I would gladly help patrol the neighborhood, so instead of bitching and complaining why doesn't someone start a watch' If you don't like to live here,DON'T-if you can afford all this high rent,buy a house. The staff is great,they all go above and beyond. I have one thing to say to the negative people-" Misery loves company" and all you unhappy people should smilimg-it helps!

P.S leave maintance alone,they do the best they can w/what they have to work with( the crappy residents who live here)
