There are some very serious health and safety issues at this property. For all you residents with mold problem I suggest you buy a mold kit from Home Depot (costs about $10.00) test your apartment and call the health department. There phone # 703-792-7300. Take lots of pictures, write a daily logof your health problems and complaints
For the tennants that have experienced plumbing fixtures and leaking causing flooding you do have many rights. Read your lease. Call the Health department.
The unsafe well exposed on Cove Landing Drive has been reported, but for any concerns or possible violations you can report to Property Code Enforcement at 703-792-7018 or online at http://www.pwcgov.org
