I have spent the morning reading through these reviews. I agree with some. My stay there was not good. Yet, you cannot blame managment staff there. Mona does what she can do but also has to answer to someone else. Maintenance changes so much that it is hard to get a good team. The place needs much repair and I suffered from the mold problems and yet you still cannot blame staff who has to deal with corporte budgets etc. My suggestion is to deal with the higher ups that be and not pick on the property staff who in reality are only pawns in a chess game controlled by the corporate staff. I had no problems with Mona who was always kind to me. I had no problems with maintenance although my water heater had been rusted painted over and burst the first week I lived there. THey in the end did repair it. I would not recomend anyone to live there if they expect perfection as they will nto get it....at the same time one has to give a break to people trying to do their jobs. John was always kind and got my jobs done in a timely way. One must remember that when you are having a problem it cannot always be fixed on your time as the maintenance staff has more than your apartment to take care of. THey are understaffed I have to agree but give credit to that staff that is there. I have lived in worse places in my life and am thankful I now live in a much better place. All in all I would like to say you get what you pay for but it is not so there...The staff tried but the apartment complex is truly falling apart.
