Share your apartment with the homeless

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
Homeless people spends their nights in the hallways of these units. Neighborhood street walkers know there is lack of security in this apartment complex. Staff in the Mgt. Office are aware of the problems but choose to take no action. SEk1KnECheF1ATXbXtrZ
