Well, I've lived here for 6 months. I can't bring myself to say this place "sucks", but I can't give them the thumbs up either. Management here really walks the line on doing the bare minimun to keep you from becoming disgruntled. They're pushing it on the rent. For being nowhere near a metro and nestled snuggly behind the Giant, I don't know where they get off with the 1000's. Every corner has been cut in building the place. Doors don't fit properly, windows are poorly installed and cheap (huge electric bills). My dishwasher isn't even screwed in. It fell out when I was unloading it.
All this place really has going for it is that they overcharge enough to keep riff-raff out.
But, it's an apartment and all apartments are scams. Sooo, good for them for doing it well.
I recommend it, but i'm really on the fence. They are the masters!!!
