So far so good. Although there was a computer error that said my unit had a fireplace, I feel compensated with brand new carpet, brand new washer/dryer in my freshly painted 3rd floor haven. Very impressed when maintenance painted the front door of my building because it was lookin' quite shabby on the inside of it as I moved in, I hadn't even mentioned it, but, sure was thinkin' it. Someone's a mindreader and knows little things mean a lot! Most impressed with the shuttle bus going to Pentagon Station that is included in our Ammenity package, after sluggin' for 2 years, this is pure heaven to have timely front door service with a competenat & friendly driver. This has also given me the opportunity to meet my neighbors. Maintenance was also quick to fix my attic entrance.
