I have been living here since Nov 07. I have had none of the problems mentioned by others. The office staff if always courtious and helpful. Maintinance is always reponsive. The pool is great and the free shuttle a bonus. There plenty of parking and I have not had any problems with crime. I guess I'm lucky beucse I have had not any issues with my neighbors. It's a nice place to call home for now.
