Ok Dwelling - This an update of current living conditions of 2011 OCT. So Far for being here for six months. I have had no issues except for the maintenance side of the apartment complex. Great Place to live The apartment is nice but small. The management staff is profession. Maintence is fast and good. I have enjoyed living here for 18 months. The only problem is that they raise the rent like $100 per year and would not give concessions with a renewal.
