I have lived at belmont for years. I do not have any maintenance issues . Seems to me that the people who were complaining on here dont seem to follow rules and that may be why they had a bad experience . I have a stain in my living room and i expect to pay for the damage i cause when i leave . Overall i think its a wonderful place to live it is quiet management is very friendly . The apartment is very spacious and modern . I just thought i would drop a line on the good experience i have had at belmont.

You should expect to pay for the stain you caused. I do NOT expect to pay for the stain that I did NOT cause (was there when I moved in).

Either you're a very luck individual or you work for Belmont b/c management was hands down the WORST thing about living here.

This was written by mgmt. I told the manager about this website (bad move on my part, I know) because of the problems we were having. The next day, this review was on here. Go figure!!! However, we got out without any money owed thank goodness, but we also contacted the main office in Norfolk.
