Poorly managed, going downhill

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
In my opinion, these apartments are not worth the money you pay in rent. They are not "luxury." Many are falling apart, with bathroom fixtures that fall off, patched carpeting that is carefully disguised but will come up with vacumming and mine was quite dirty when I moved in. When I moved out (summer 2006) there were a lot of people with teenagers moving in who were vandalizing the property. There are curse words and racist propaganda spray painted on community picnic tables, beer bottles and trash strewn around the lake etc. Overall, all though the grounds look great at first glance and the model apartment is beautiful, this place was a nightmare to live in.
