Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2005
I lived here for several years. I must have been blessed with good neighbors because I never had any noise issues. Parking rules were not enforced regularly. There was an armed robbery ouside of my apartment building one day, and I had to hear about it from a neighbor rather than management. Management is poor, far different than how it began in 2000. They do charge for everything, so expect most, if not all, of your deposit to vanish. The rent went up $175/month in the years that I lived there. Search for other options. Belmont at York is not worth the money.
