We ve communicated with at least 6 tenants at these apartments including two of our neighbors who got charged for crap no body will ever charge you. We cleaned the apartment even better than it originally was yet we got slapped with over a $1000 charges. This is how they show their respect for military family. Even gave them 60 days notice even after our lease was over. Charges like carpet. When you live in an apartment with kids for 3 years every carpet is going to wear out. Yet we have to pay because our kids walk too much on carpet. WOW just ridiculous. We did not have pets but if you have pets than even on top of your xtra pet fees you will still have to pay over $1000 for some crappy charges this management will find for you to pay. God forbid if you move in and you did not have a parking sticker which management forgot to give you than get ready to pick up the car when you wake up on a snowy morning from the tow yard and pay close to $100. This happened to us and one other family we knew at apartment. If management forgot to enter your rent in your records on the 2nd of month than be ready to pay $400 extra fee and good luck getting it back. You will constantly hear pipes cracking noise as soon some body above you or your next door neighbor turn on water of any sort. Much better apartments are available down the road with human beings as management. We would not recommend this apartment even to our enemies.
