The worst place I've ever lived. I should've know to back out of the deal, when my apartment wasn't even ready for move in when it was supposed to be! Parking could not be worse, forget it if you work a night shift. You can hear everything your neighbors do through the walls and outside on the stairwells. There is a foul odor that comes from the water they water the grass with every night. The stairwells are never cleaned and have everything from HUGE roaches crawling around, to gum/candy/trash littering them. There is no insulation whatsoever-which means very high electric bills. The wind literally blows through the sliding glass door area so much that it lifts the curtains! Maintenance people are nice, but they report to the staff. The staff are very rude, give bad information, and never admit to their own mistakes-they will even lie to the corporate office to cover up their mistakes. Corporate office is also no help, because they believe the lies the staff tells them. They will even admit to bad customer service, but blame you because as a resident YOU should know, not necessarily the paid staff!' Overall I have never been more disappointed. It's really sad, because your home should be your salvage at the end of the day, and you will not look forward to going home! Sad isn't even the right word, depressing and frustrated is more acturate. Do yourself a favor, rent up the street, it may be smaller...but it will save you money and the staff and corporate office go out of their way to make you, the paying resident, happy in your home! That's what really matters-
