We went and looked at the show apartment and it was so nice. When we moved in our carpet had dog hair allover and stains EVERYWHERE!!!!!! We called the office about it and they said put it on our move in inspection sheet but they never did anything about it. When we lived in the apartments we didnt have any pets. When it came time to move out they said that we had a dog even though they go in and check every few months. When we got our final closeout they took our security deposit and charged us $500 for new carpet because it had stains on the carpet and said that we had a dog. Well we lived in the apartment we bought a steam cleaner because the carpet was so bad when we moved in. When we moved out the carpet was better than when we moved out. I really wish my neighbor and i had the same taste in music that is because i could hear the music they had playing all the time. We took the $900 hit to get out the apartment and it was the best money ever spent. Spiders were everywhere and when we would call the office about it we just got blown off. The pool was very nice when it was open i have never heard of a pool being open those few hours whats the point. Everytime we had a maintenance issue they would not show up for weeks even when our ac whent out in the summer. Our security light we out in front of our building we called the front office about it only to get rude answers and it took them almost 3 months to come fix the problem. The front office is so rude and since the new manager took over the place has only gone down hill. They enjoy screwing the military over. All they see military as is and easy target. The only really good thing was the parking for us we always had enufe and we never had any issues. Overall expeience however all I have to say is Stay away if you know whats good for you!!!!
