We've been here since Aug 07. The grounds are beautiful and well-maintained...I don't like how they always seem to water the grass when/right after it rains though. Parking is good. We never have a trouble finding a spot. We never had any maintenance issues like the ones described. I had to make an emergency call on Thanksgiving because the heating element in our stove went out and they were there within an hour and a half. All other calls have been responded to on the same day. Our neighbors above us are noisy, but we resolved that ourselves, amicably. I've never had any problems with the ladies at the office. Bugs are a problem, but there are trees everywhere, AND this is an apartment complex...bugs are going to exist. We don't know what we'll do when the lease is up...depends on if we're able to buy a house. I'm a little nervous about moving out because of what everyone else has posted about the deposit/charges when moving out, but we'll see. My move-in report was VERY thorough.
