I have lived at Dominion Yorkshire Downs for just over a year. The only reason that I haven't moved out is that I will be stationed here only a few months longer and it would cost too much to move. The maintenance staff (2 people) are simply inadaquate for a complex of this size. The office staff are rarely available in the office and are very slow to respond to serious problems (e.g. leaks, termites, electrical problems). Avoid this apartment complex and seek out one of the other, newer apartments in York County.
