This apartment place is so bad. You pay to much for what looks like a great place but once you move in... terrible. The people are nice however they mislead you about everything. Walls are thin so you hear anything people say or do, roaches all the time, and bad neighbors. They don't inforce the rules. Maintenence leaves nails, glass, and sharp pieces in parking spaces. The windows and doors are not sealed correctly so bugs get in and your heat or cool air gets out causing higher bills. When you complain they wont fix it. One more thing the good ratings are obviously damage control falsely put up by the people who work in the office.
