I've lived here for a year and thats enough. They give you a good rate to gedt you in but when you renew it skyrockets, my rent for a 1 bedroom went from 725 to 884. The office staff is young and inexperienced and dont know anything, they are also very rude. Bugs are a big problem, especially roches. Walls are paper thin.

WOW that's a lot for a one bedroom. We have a two bedroom and pay the same you're paying now! And yes you can here EVERYTHING your neighbors are doing!
