I had NEVER seen so many bugs unitl my husband and I moved here. It is awful, we tell the property manager over and over and they don't do anything. And they have an excuse for everything. We were pressured into signing a contract with them...they are very rude and the maintence well I lets just say I dont like being here alone when they come. We also have a problem with people Soliciting. People knock on our door at all times of the day even at 9:30pm one night.
PLEASE keep looking when you come across these apartments. Our lease isn't up for months but we are already looking for a new place to live. Another thing is how old these apartments are...the carpet is not installed correctly, it was VERY dirty when we moved in...don't let the girls in the office fool you too!

i get a real kick out of these messages I mean come on. I have lived her for two years in two apartment and I dont have bugs in my house. But then again i do vacuum, maybe you should try that. Yes people there are bugs outside OHH my god can you believe it bugs outside and if you leave a window open with no screen or the door open THEY MIGHT COME IN THE HOUSE! I know what your saying how dare these bugs do that. Next debunk in you were pressured into signing the lease...how the hell does this happen. Did those sweet girls in the office hold a gun to your head and say SIGN HERE. I doubt that. Pressured i don't get that was your choice! If by maintenance you mean the two guys that are helpful and polite. I get it you must want mean people all grease to come fix your stuff! And solicitation you are so right just a couple years ago girl scouts came around selling cookies. CAN YOU BELIEVE IT. I called the cops immediately and had them removed. Two years and i have had one knock on the door and that was the cookies so there is one debunked. The apartments are nice and the people are friendly or couse if you act like a horses ass when you talk to people you will get the same in return. Go figure but i have never had a problem with anything here. This is just a place that people complain if they have a bad day.

I have OCD bad and KNOW i have the cleanist apartment out here.....cleaning does nothing! this place is nasty! look at my pictures! no other words to discribe it!

GnLFisher2, what apartment complex are you living at? You must have some air tight apartment where these bugs don't come in. I spent a year at 109H Little Bay Avenue and have never seen more roaches in my life. Actually, I have never seen a ---- roach until we moved there, and I saw MANY there. Stop trying to make excuses for the place... this many people are not going to come on here leaving comments about a bug problem and all be lieing. I have been gone from there for 2 years now and have never ran into a problem like I had there. I lived right down the road at 2 different places and didn't have a problem there. So stop freaking out on people. You're awfully defensive for someone that just lives in one of these apartments.
