I have lived in my apartment for just over 2 years and don't plan on moving any time soon. Dominion Yorkshire Downs is a great place to live with a very friendly staff who do what they say they are going to do in a timely manner. I have put in many maintenance requests and have never had to wait for more than a few days before the repairs are done. The girls in the front office are awesome! There are times when I just go in there to talk and say hello, and they always welcome the company of their residents, they make everyone feel very comfortable, just a great atmosphere. The amenities are also great. I have used the fitness center numerous times and I'm at the pool all the time over the summer. Anywhere you go, you're going to find a few bugs here and there. I have had my apartment exterminated and it's never been a huge problem. All you have to do is go to the front office and they will put you on the exterminating list right away. Same thing with the thin walls. I have lived in many apartments and I have always been able to hear neighbors through the walls, you're not likely to find a place where you can't, this place is nothing compared to some of the other places I've lived! I had all new appliances when I moved in, which was great. A few months back, every apartment in the development got new locks, new ceiling fans, new light fixtures, new doorknobs, new blinds, and a new shower rod.....we didn't have to pay a penny extra. How can you beat that!' Overall, I would highly recommend this place, just an all around great place to live.

That would be a review written by the girls that work in the office. They always write there own reviews on here.

I agree, anyone who thinks this place is good in any way...is probably on drugs! I hate hate hate this place and can't wait to leave. Anyone reading these posts considering to move here, PLEASE keep looking. And think about it, who goes online to write about how much they love an apartment unless they have something to gain? Any normal person goes online when something goes wrong and wants to warn people about this place or any other horrible disgusting place... I wish I had found this website before I moved in because if I had I would not have signed the lease. I am looking for another apartment now and I am finding this site very helpful!
