Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2009
 
Let's see, most recent burglary was Nov 2008. The walls are so thin you can hear all of your neighbor's conversations and tv's....stereos....etc. You pay way too much for the so called trash/water/sewer fee. Maintenance is a joke! Put your money in a place that has better construction, and safer area. If you do rent here you will not be happy! I can't wait till my lease ends in May, I am moving as fast as I can and never looking back!
