We moved in to the apartment in May. Even got the keys a lil' early to start moving stuff in. Yes waterbugs do exist. I saw one when we moved in and told management that day. I have not seen another one since. The issues I have had with this complex are with the utilites folks. Getting Verizon, Dominion, and natural gas to activate was my biggest problem. I had an issue with the exhaust fan in the master bath. Called the front office and maint. had it fixed b4 I got home from work. You could not even tell someone had been in the apartment. My only issue with this complex is parking. Personally I think 2 bedroom, 2 spots.. but I just live here. Overall with Jessica, Angelica, and Doug running the show, I have no worries while I am away!
