I just moved in this summer and so far i like it here. There are big gross bugs outside but i have never seen one in my house. They are outside on my back deck though I assume they come from all the trees though. I haven't had to call the office for everything cause my apartment was fine when i moved in. the space is great and walls seem to be fine. i haven't heard my neighbors at all. Parking is fine and we don't ever have a problem finding a spot. The price is high but your paying more for the area then the apartment.
