I lived in one of their two bedroom, one and a half bath apartments. My neighbors above me were not the greatest. They would throw crazy stuff off the balcony (one time there was a dead fish thrown over) and they would leave bags of cat litter clumps outside of their door, so if they accidentally hit it with their foot or if the wind blew too hard then it would fall and land beside my apartment. I found this a bit annoying since I have an inquisitive toddler, who wants to explore everything. The rest of my neighbors were quiet and respectful.
I found the maintenance to be pretty good. (The guy that always came to my building seemed to get things done and in a timely manner.) I didn't like the fact that no one walked through with me before moving into the apartment. (I basically did it after I moved in and had to note everything by myself, but I dealt with it because I had to move.) The apartments fridge smelled awful when I moved in. I mentioned it and the older lady who runs the office seemed to think it was nothing. She told me to get baking soda. (Which I did and it never worked)
The fridge always leaked, even after they would come and fix it. I finally got a new fridge like a month or two before I moved (Go figure). I did'nt have too much of a problem with parking. I liked the fact that I lived right beside the laundry facility and the playground/pool. My apartment was facing toward the back ,so my view was trees and the doctors office behind the fence. It was a decent location.
I didn't care much for the staff at the office. The older lady is a bit nosy and can be a little rude. The other lady was short to me both times I had to talk to her. The older lady (who lives in the complex) can really over step her position and can be a little too vocal. We had to move because my husband's got a new job and we had to move to another state. The older lady was just real rude about it. We gave more than a 30 day notices, paid are penalties and lost out on our deposit, left a cleaner apartment then what we got, so she should not have had anything to say. But she made it a point to mention that she hoped his new job was worth breaking the lease. I was just glad that I wasn't there because that would have been the final straw.
Anyway-the apartments were for the most part quiet while I was there. I had no real issues with feeling unsafe. I know there have been some incidents in the past there, but nothing happened while I was there. I like how it was right across the street from a gas station with cheap gas, a laundry, mat a a few places to get food.
I would say it is an alright place to live, but I don't know if I could deal with the older lady again. She would make me say no to ever moving there again.

I totally agree with you! I currently live in the complex and the woman you are speaking of is a total gossip and bad manager. I am moving ASAP mainly because of her response (or lack of) to one of our latest complaints. I would not ever live here again. I'll miss the squirrels in my trees that's about it!
