I have lived here since 2007 and would recommend it if you are mature and can show respect for your neighbors. If that is not you, i dont recommend (or want) you to live in this complex! Let me touch on some of the negativity of other comments. First let me address the lack of assigned parking...Big Deal. So you may have to walk a few extra steps. I have never had a problem finding a place to park. Sure, assigned parking has its perks but whenever someone parks in your spot, you get ticked off. Then you try usually unsuccessfully to get the vehicle towed. You don't have to worry about that here. I've heard it is noisy due to children living here. If you CHOOSE to live in an area with a lot of children, expect noise. That falls under the heading of common sense. I have read a lot of negative remarks about the manager. I will say this again, if you are NOT mature and can NOT show respect for your neighbors, stay away. Management here is not evil and there is no secret plot to get rid of anyone. When you sign your lease, you are thoroughly briefed on what is REQUIRED of you to live here. If your lease has been terminated by the office, then it is YOUR fault. As far as the maintenance goes, they do what they can to keep things up in an older complex. Any maintenance request I have submitted has been addressed the same day. Some things have to be fixed more than once. That happens. I have lived in brand new places with the same issues. If you want flashy and new then this complex is not for you. If you are the "look at what I have" kind of person that needs to show all his "bling", then stay away. If you are mature and not out of control, this is a great place to live.

My friends told me that this is a great place to live and I cannot wait to move in next month! Its too bad people with good experiences don't post reviews...
