This place is not what I expected. I just moved in and I'm already regretting it. I've complained on more than one occasion about my apartment smelling like dog/cat piss, but instead of them replacing the carpet they cleaned it and still stink. My dish washer is broke (even though they came out 3 times and "FIXED it"), my kitchen sink leaks, I have a ant problem in my second bedroom. They were suppose to send an exterminator over to spray and fix the problem, the guy came over with a can of RAID saying he was the exterminator. I have RAID and it doesn t work. The last time I checked having a can of raid don't make you an exterminator, if that s the case I'm one too. The apartments are overpriced. They are old and outdated, plus they don t come with a washer/dryer. If you want a washer/dryer you can rent one from the office for $40 a month, what a rip off. For the price they charge for rent we should have assigned parking spots, but we don't. Finding a parking spot after 7 pm is close to impossible. I can't wait till my lease is up!!!
