I've lived here over a year. I'm very happy with almost everything. Staff are very friendly. I visited all other apartments(FSA,DYD,BY,GS) before I decided to live here. These people are the nicest and most friendly. I think that the rent is high, but we didn't see much difference among all apartments around here. Yes, it would be much nicer if the washer and dryer are included. I live upstairs and no one lives below us so far, so we don't know how noisy we are. This apartment is very old (I'm sure it existed in the 70's at least), but very well maintained. They recently replaced window frames for all rooms. I never had a problem in finding a parking spot at night, but I guess there might be in some other part of the apartment. Note that you can walk to the shopping center from this apatment (food lion, Thai restaurant, Pizza king, Autozone, etc). On the second floor, roaches are not really a problem. We saw some in the first summer, but after several months, we never see them at all. Maybe, once they notice someone is living here, they don't show up ('). I don't know but this is what is happening to us.
So, to us at least, this is a very nice place to live. Maybe, you better choose to live in upstairs.

Do you work here? Your review is to good to be real. I agree that the staff is nice, but I didn't move here for the staff and I won't renew for them either. This place is old and out dated, the heavy doors suck, there are no washer/dryers and the stackables stick out and take up half of the hall way, the walls are paper then, the bugs are everywhere, these APARTMENTS ARE OVER PRICED and the PARKING SUCK. I can't wait to move.

No, I don't work here. I just wrote my personal thoughts based on my experience. I agree with you to some extent. It is old (some rooms have been remodeled, though) and that no washer/dryer and the stackable sticks out(but not halfway of the hall way). It may be over-priced (I think it is expensive). I understand that there are other opinions. That's why, I wrote "So, to us at least, this is a very nice place to live".
