Ok, now it's time for me write my review about this apartment complex. First I'll start with the parking or lack thereof. We don't have assigned parking and I would be ok with that if there were ample amounts of parking spots, but it's not. I'm not saying that I need to park at my front door, but I would like to be able to park in the lot by my apartment. There have been several times when I came home and there were no spots. I had to park in another lot far from my apartment, mean while people that don't live in my building park in my lot and walk through the grass to get to their place, just so that they see their car from their bedroom. I've addressed this to the office on more than one occasion but they don't care. Next there s my noisy neighbors who decided they want to play their music, games, watch T.V. or talk really loud at 1 and 2 in the morning. The walls are paper thin so I can hear everything. I complained to the manager and she didn't believe me claiming there is a "firewall" in between the apartments so I shouldn't be able to hear, WRONG! She said she would write a note (what is that going to do). The note did nothing. 2 wks later I complained again, and she was shocked yet again. She said she would talk to them about the noise, but I doubt she did because they are still loud. I decided to take matters in my own hands and knock on their door yesterday, but they didn't answer (they were there cause I saw them looking out of their blinds as I walked to their door). To make matters worse they starting playing music 5 min. after I left.
I decided that I am going to call the corporate office and tell them my problem; maybe if they light a fire under her butt she'll do her job.
The managers know who I am and I don't care. When you have sleepless nights like I have you'll see how it really feel. If I was petty I would play my music really loud at 430am when I wake up, just to piss them off but I'm better than that.
