We have lived in this apartment community for almost two years. The staff are very friendly and they take care of any complaints/issues reported to them within a pretty good amount of time (usually a day or two depending on the situation). We believe that the apartments are priced a little bit higher than what I was expected, based on the available ammenities that I'm getting for my money (i.e. the lack of gym, club house, picnic grounds/grill site, etc.) when compared to other apartment communities. Our biggest concerns in living here are of two things: first is the parking for there is not enough available spots on every building (especially the ones by the multi-family units). This is more of an issue especially over the weekends and winter months. Suggestions have been made to the management to consider converting to designated spots, but they just shook their shoulders and said it is impossible to do so. Point is, if a spot is alloted per unit, everyone will benefit from it and get their money's worth when it comes to this. Our second concern is the noise generated by our surrounding neighbors. These apartments have pretty thin walls and poorly engineered designs. We live on the first floor and can hear every movement and motion of the building's stairs (non-concrete), not to mention, all the noise that our upstairs neighbors makes (hear footsteps all over the unit, "creeking" sound when people walk around, slamming doors, even late night conversations, etc.). Another noise-related issue is the ground maintenance (the ground workers mow, edge, and blow the same areas pretty much all day; nice for grounds upkeep but very annoying to hear the same noise all day). safety has never been an issue so far and we feel safe staying here. But we do hope that the management would consider the proposal for designated parking and perhaps, other areas of improvements (i.e. gym, club house, etc.).
