Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008
 
Very noisy. Cops here all the time. building always smells bad. tenants always leaving wet wash in the washers for over 24hrs. kids running up and down halls, people blast music and yelling at kids all hours of the day, night, morning. Rent way too much for quality of life in the building.
