$850 a month included heat, parking, water, trash. Tenant pays electricity ($43-49 for us) which includes the cooking fixtures, refrigerator, and water heater. Burlington Telecom was available but not yet authorized by landlord as of February '07. He said if a majority of residents wanted it, he'd allow it, but only 1/4 were interested at last check:( In my apartment's layout, one bedroom is quite small. The whole apartment is about 550 sq ft. Sometimes the walkways are icy, and there is no bike rack, so 20 bikes are locked to railings. The residents are diverse: college students, young families, and a couple of middle aged people as well. Good access to waterfront and bike path, and not far from town. Overall, I feel the apartment is adequate, and considering it's location and price, is a very good deal.
