Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2007
 
Surprised to see some of these reviews. I lived there 3 plus years and didnt have an issue at all. Rent of 775.00 plus util. for that area was great. Pretty well kept in regards to the appearance outside and inside was great. I'm moving to the West Coast and hope to find a spot that good or else I'd stay where I am.
