2004-2007 Surprised to see some of these reviews. I lived there 3 plus years and didnt have an issue at all. Rent of 775.00 plus util. for that area was great. Pretty well kept in regards to the appearance outside and inside was great. I'm moving to the West Coast and hope to find a spot

slum lord with nice apartments Golden Place is a relatively nice complex. The main complaint would be that they try to squeeze tenants for every dime possible and that they do take care of tenants who cause problems. It seems as though they want to lose the good tenants and keep the bad ones.

Good deal for basic apartment $850 a month included heat, parking, water, trash. Tenant pays electricity ($43-49 for us) which includes the cooking fixtures, refrigerator, and water heater. Burlington Telecom was available but not yet authorized by landlord as of February
