You get charged when you moved out

Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
 
I did have to pay for stuff which did not belong to me when I moved out. I told the manager that those things he charged me were not mine but he did not listen. He just picked me up - because I made a mistake to tell him that I would be moving for another state - and figured it would be hard to complain. It was not really fair to do that.
