The place looks great from the outside, but inside is another story. These apartments were build in the 70s and they still have all the original furnishings and suffer because of that. They are musty, moldy, drafty despite the new windows, rusty and showing their age. Our bathroom medicine cabinet has almost fallen off the wall the brackets are so rusty, the faux tiling in the bathroom has begun to curl up around the edges, the tub cap molds over in about a week and has begun to crack.

Maintenance is slow to respond regardless of how urgent it is; people were without heat for almost a month in November because maintenance refused to call the heating company. The other staff is hard to track down, there are no set office hours you just have to hope you see them in the office as you are leaving if you have any questions.

If you are looking for okay housing with no options left, this is probably one of the best places to move but the lack of updates to any hardware in the apartments make this a place you definitely don't want to stay in past your original lease.
