I would rate the apartment a 1 out of 5. It is old,musty, and out of date. It still has electric base board heat and just one small natural gas space heater.
Our refridgerator was from the late 80s and is so out of date it drives the electric bill way up. We have it set on the coldest just to keep the milk from becoming warm.
Finally the owners never respond to any of our complaints or questions. I caught 11 mice in our apartment and it wasn't until the 12th and complaint that they actually did something about it. They were very reluctant to do it at that time do. They also sent me a threatening letter saying I brought the mouse with me.
