The representation from the management office and the tour of the model apartment is far from what the reality is. The construction in certain units are cheap and poor, the walls are extremely thin and you can hear your neighbors arguing and fighting constantly. The appliances are the cheapest kind. The hallways stink of cigarettes and uncleaned dirty carpets. The neighbors are rude, kids run around all day and night unsupervised. There have been vandalism. The managment office is very incompetent, you need to constantly monitor the lease agreement before signing it and keep track of your payments because the two girls working in the office are chicken heads and carelessly misplace information. There's no visitor parking and the management office charges a huge fee for the parking garage, which should be free considering there is no alternative off street parking in the area. I can't wait to get out of my lease, this place has become a DUMP!

Hmm, it sounds like you like to complain, but why are your rude neighbors the management's fault? Also, there's a 900 car garage one block away for visitor parking, were you aware of that? Your arguement about the parking charge is illogical, since if there were ample free parking they wouldn't have needed to build a garage, my last place in Boston didn't have a parking spot and they'd have laughed you out of the office for complaining about it!

I'm actually writing a response to CatofEvil: Please don't compare this place to Boston.We're not in Boston. We're in tiny, insignificant, overpriced Winooski VT. Get over yourself!
The "free" parking garage you speak of, well I know people have been ticketed there, so get off that too.
This reviewer isn't "complaining" simply writing a review, which they are entitled to do. I see you wrote a review as well, should I comment that you're complaining too much too?
If you feel like picking up trash around the building and making sure the kids behave themselves, then be my guest. I don't have time to clean up after inconsiderate tenants or play babysitter to their dirty loud children. But if you feel like you can do that, go ahead, but I'll tell ya, if you've been doing it, I feel for you. Maybe you should take up a hobby and quit trying to police people's opinions.
