So I've lived here almost a year. I live in an apartment, that unfortunately faces building 15, which is pretty scary. And I've lived in some big cities, in big apartments. The people in that building are complete trash! They sit outside, right in front of the door, and smoke, deal (yes I know a deal when I see one go down!), cuss, fight (yes as in groups of teen-twenty something guys brawlin!), yell at their kids, have their friends park in the fire lane and leave their cars running -all day and all night long! (yes the noise starts as early as 7 am. It's like they don't have jobs -besides dealing) I can't have my windows open because I can't hear my TV over all their noise. I've also talked with some people who actually live in that building and they're miserable. The website and brochures make you think you're living in an upscale complex with professionals, but you're not. You might as well live in an old crappy apartment in one of these towns, because this place is no better -just higher priced. I'm not gonna get into parking or construction because thats really something you can check out for yourself. I'm talking about the actual people who live here, the people you'll be seeing every day. I will be posting photos and will provide a link as soon as I have a good amount for you to see. Of course, it's the same people over an over, the same losers. I've done the protocol of calling the office, calling the police, etc. But it never ends. The police have been to that building so many times I don't think they even try to hurry over. I don't blame management for these people and their behavior. I blame management for not attempting to do anything about it. And I blame management for leading us to believe this was a great community when it's really just overpriced ghetto. So yeah, go ahead and believe the rosy reviews, go ahead and sign a lease in a community whose management company doesn't give a crap about you -all for $1200 a month! Maybe you'll be lucky enough to have your laundry stolen from the laundry room like one tenant did a few months ago. Enjoy yourself. In fact, you can have my apartment, I would love to get out of this lease.
